For the following information "we" will refer to www.RateMySongwriting.com Publishing Company LLC and "you" will refer to the sognwriters who uploads their material.

When you upload your songs you have agreed to allow us to represent you as your publisher. This entitles us to the publishing royalties and you, the songwriter, to the songwriting royalties. One benefit you receive as a songwriter by uploading your material to www.RateMySongwriting.com is the usage of our website and server space. We also, through our connections in the music industry, wil shop your songs to artists, studios, and record companies.

Our motto is that, through our song rating tools, the best liked material will become more popular and attract artists and record companies to want to record your song.
